I love all things sci-fi and fantasy. I love Star Wars, Star Trek, Lord of the Rings, and Marvel. I’ll read anything written by Brandon Sanderson.

I love to read. One of my favorite things in the world is to sit out on the porch on a beautiful day with a good book and a cup of coffee. Oh yeah, I’m borderline addicted to coffee.

I love to play tabletop and board games. I have group of friends that meets locally to play the X-wing Miniatures Tabletop Game, and Sara Beth and I love a game called Wingspan, a birdwatching-themed board game. I also love playing cards: hearts, spades, canasta, etc. I play Dungeons and Dragons with a group of friends. I have a 3D printer and like to print out minis for my D&D games.

I play the banjo. I try to get in some practice every day, but that’s pretty hit-or-miss. I’ve also dabbled in guitar and I played tuba and trombone in high school.

I love to cook and BBQ. Not to brag or anything, but I can smoke a pretty mean rack of ribs.

I love to watch college football. I like Georgia Tech and Tennessee, so I’m well accustomed to constant disappointment. (My sister went to UGA and my wife is a Bulldog fan, so I’ve learned to be polite.)
